*Review of painting specifications, blasting and painting procedures.
*Review the Insulation specification and related procedures for Hot, Cold, Personal protection, Acoustic and Dual insulation
*Review the method statement for the painting and insulation
• Review of Contractor’s Purchase Inquiry Documents on painting and Insulation materials.
• Materials receipt inspection and verification.
• Reviewing, advising and answering of STQs related to painting and Insulation raised by CONTRACTOR.
• Responsible to check and calibrate all inspection tools and equipment prior to all inspection jobs.
• Coordinating, witnessing and documenting of painting system trial test.
• Coordinate blasting, painting and Insulation work and ensure compliance with Company’s specification.
• Monitoring and verifying blasting, painting and Insulation quality to ensure compliance with relevant CONTRACT specification and drawings.
• Ensure all painting preparation and application are conducted in accordance with accepted Procedures/specifications.
• Preparation of daily progress reports to record usage of painting materials, inspection activities Carried out, Insulation, etc.
• Prepare and monitor punch list items, ensuring they are being resolved prior to sail away.
• Review final documentation.
• Provide feedback and advise concerning quality problems.
• Monitor all safety aspects of the fabrication works and perform unsafe act regularly.
