Leading Project Contract and Procurement Team for Brownfield and Greenfield Projects consist of various type of Contracts such as EPIC, Design Services, Manpower Services, Purchase Orders for Company Free Issue Materials , Umbrella Call off Services etc.
•Prepare Contracting Strategy Paper for Senior Management, Contract Committee and Shareholders’ and MTJA/Authorities Approval.
•Prepare ITB Document and taking lead for bid evaluations, prepare technical and commercial award recommendation report.
•Managing bid processes and technical clarifications
•Involved in pre award clarification and kick off meetings
•Leading post award Contract Administration team and managing the post contract administration works including progress claim and invoice approvals and payments through MAXIMO System until the final account for various Contracts and Purchase Orders is being finalized and closed out.
•Manage changes to contract – Change order verification, negotiation and agreement and relevant approval for ACV increase from Management, Shareholders and Authorities
•Manage Contractual Claims, disputes conflicts etc.
•Prepare Procedures and Manuals for Projects Contract and Procurement .
•Prepare Contract Close-out report and final documentation complete as per procedures and audit requirements.
