July 2005 to Date:
Inservice Assistant Engineer in Engineering Research Laboratories, Islamabad.
Tasks Included:
1. Responsible of flexible manufacturing (Machine shop).
2. Team management in a manufacturing environment.
3. Supervises machines maintenance programs. Recommends machines modifications if needed. Ensures smooth supply of spare parts.
4. Supervise production processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
5. Prepares employees safety procedures and makes sure that these procedures are enforced.
6. Manage and monitor the quality of all finished products to maintain the companyfs high standard and meet the market requirements.

March 2004 to July 2005: (16 Months)
Inservice Technical Supervisor position in PIC. (Precision Investment Casting) Private Limited, industrial estate Hattar, Haripur.
Tasks Included:
1. Establishes production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization of resources (machines, raw material and manpower).
2. Establishes quality control standards and procedures. Ensures strictly adherence to those standards.
3. Manage maintenance department and apply the preventive maintenance program on all machines and equipment to minimize problems and shutdown scheduling to ensure timely and appropriate solutions are adopted avoiding major breakdown.
4. Establish production scheduling and recording system that will ensure accurate recording of production figures and stoppage analysis to make timely and precise reports for company management and future planning.
5. Coordinate with Furnace Supervisor to ensure that the mixing procedure and the amount of ingredients based on formula are strictly followed.

February 2002 to February 2004: (24 Months)
Inservice Sub-Engineer position in Daudsons Industries Private Limited, Kohat Road Peshawar.
Tasks Included:
1. Quality Inspection.
2. Repaired & maintenance of machinery & equipments.
3. Drawing of spare parts for modifications.
4. Fiber reinforces plastic products.
5. Coaches and trains production staff prepares on job training programs. Evaluate performance of staff, recommends promotion, additional training or termination.

2008 " Bachelor of Technology (Honours)" in Mechanical Technology from Preston University Islamabad. Thesis: Fabrication procedure for powder Metallurgy products. CGPA 3.8

2006 " Bachelor of Technology (Pass)" in Mechanical Technology from Preston University Islamabad.
Thesis: Technical Report on Industrial Boilers. CGPA 3.4

2002 " Diploma of Associate Engineer" in Mechanical Technology from Government College of Technology Peshawar. Project: Solar energy development.

1. Worked closely with the engineering team, which gave a better understanding of various techniques in general workshops.

May 1999 To March 2000: (10 Months)
Training in Muzafar Foundry, Kohat Road Peshawar.
1. Achieved skills in Foundry shop.
