ƒ° An Instrumentation Engineer with over 17 years of experience in Basic& Detailed Engineering, Design Management, Process Engineering Erection & Commissioning of Instrumentation & controls, Techno-Commercial Operations and People Management. Engineering activities of the plant is executed with Intools Intergraph Smart Plant Instrumentation software (SPI) and undergone training on Intergraph Smart Plant Instrumentatin(SPI)

ƒ° Proficient in basic engineering of instrumentation systems and field instruments of international repute, Technical bid analysis, Procurement, Inspection and installation & commissioning of instrumentation & controls of PLC & DCS Systems(Yokogawa & Delta V System with Instrument of FIELDBUDS Technology), Emergency Shutdown system(ESD) systems as well testing of MMI (Man Machine Interface) and Stack Analysers for SOX,NOX,CO2 & SPM from Emerson Process Management.

Project Management
- Implementing project plans within preset budgets & deadlines and coordinating projects for set up facilities
- Identifying cost effective vendors for various inputs in the projects and procurement of material after determining quality and ensuring adherence to pre-set standards.
- Coordinating with project management team, inventory management, customer and vendors for maintaining the project schedules in time.


Process Engineering

- Preparing technical specification for Field instruments and control system as well as instrument loop schemes as per control strategies in discussion with process department.

- Evaluating technical bid & finalizing instruments and systems as well as floating enquiries to reputed international manufacturers.
- Involved in preparing
ħ Sequence flow chart (SFC) as per the requirement of process
ħ Instrument hook up drawing & hardware bill of material for erection & Cable tray routing drawing,
ħ Junction box schedule & project schedule for instrument erection, comments on piping isometrics.
ħ I/O listing of instruments for DCS, comments on control panel layout
- Inspecting material for various instruments and following up for approval of drawing with DCS manufacture and developing logic & MMI with control system manufacturer.
- Coordinating with erection contractor to meet project requirement as per schedule within budgeted cost.
