Production Operator II

Seeking a challenging career to enhance operational skills in the field of process operation in Oil & Gas sector.

I joined BPP on 25th February 2002 in Production Department, Presently having the designation of a Production Operator I with BP Pakistan Exploration & Production Inc. but have been working as a Production Operator II for two years.
• Well stream Separation through high-pressure separators, gas dehydration, condensate stabilization, Gas metering.
• Cathodic protection through ICCP rectifiers.
• On-line gas sampling via Welker Sampler.
• Hands-on experience to operate Wellhead Compressors as well as Facility Gas Compressors.
• Water Injection and disposal systems.
• Artificial lift by hydraulic jet pumps / gas lift and remote facilities operations.
• Tank dipping, gauging and sampling.
• Maintaining Injection water quality by Millipore tests.
• Well testing. Conducting Well site related activities, Well Commissioning, Decommissioning.

FSc (Pre Med) in the year 1996 from Hyderabad Board.
B.A: in the year 1999.
M.A: in the year 2003.

Having an intimate knowledge of Permit to Work System, Confined Space Entry, Energy Isolation & working at Heights & Task Risk Assessment.

First Aid to Injured (2 days’ training program conducted by Red Cross Pakistan).

Confined space entry.

Control of Work Standards.

8 Golden Safety Rules. (2 day Comprehensive Course).

CMAS (Competency Management Assurance System, Conducted by BP Pakistan Exploration & Production Inc)
(It is a comprehensive program to streamline the skills and competency of BP employees and to bring them at a par with BP world employees. We have gone through two 4 and 5 day class room packages of this program and studied many technical modules and gave written examination)
