• Achieved 100% adherence to Client’s Service Level Agreement and Captured over 6.87 MM$ business line spend through Blanket Order Releases, and inclusion over 2500 items in Blanket Orders, which contributed to increase the Blanket Order Coverage, as part of our Operational Excellence Metrics Goals.
• Captured over 2,5 MMUSD of the business line spend, and the creation of 3 Vendor Buyer Agreements. This business tool achieved an average saving of 100 KUSD per year, and maximized the Procurement Portfolio, as part of our Operational Excellence Metrics Goals.
• Procurement Supervisor Replacement/Backup for all ExxonMobil de Venezuela SA Affiliates in country, responsible for 4 procurement associates. Delegation of Authority 3 MMUSD.
