Human Resource Head Sector
Human Resource Head Sector Duties :
Reporting directly to HR Manager;
-Plan future manpower requirements in consultation with other department heads & overseeing the recruitment process.
-Co-ordinate the screening of received resumes prior to passing it to management.
-Act as a central contact point for HR and personnel administration related matters including but not limited to leave administration (processing leave applications, documentation of hiring & leave records, disbursement of salary etc.), employee relations activities like handling/ resolving employee queries / grievances, employee disciplinary matters and escalation of issues to the Division Manager.
-Handle salary/ compensation & benefits administration activities such as preparation of monthly payroll input; forwarding the payroll input to the Accounting Section for salary disbursement; appraisals/ bonuses/ promotions including issuing of related letters and updating employee records with the consequent salary changes among others.
-Obtain complete knowledge for local personnel affairs (labor laws, social insurance, insurance abilities, work accident procedures, hiring/firing procedures, personal recruitment and income tax).
-Keeping good relationship with outside authorities (telephone, labor, insurance, safety offices, etc.).
-Collecting time sheets.
-Ensuring new employees are equipped with the proper PPE, clothing, etc. for weather conditions.
-Ensures all office and administrative requirements are met on time and within the established quality standard.
-Implements office and administrative procedures and ensures compliance of all employees.
-Maintains employee information by updating employment & status change data and files.
-Oversees the renewal of Company’s license's (trade, vehicle).
-Coordinate training needed for employees.
Financial Duties:
-Payment of all invoices (vendor invoices); subcontractor invoices.
-Cost control of salaries, wages and equipment.
-Monthly review job cost detail.
-Maintain Chart of account.
-Fixed assets review.
-Follow up staff salary transferring from Company Acc. To Staff Acc.
Eductation
-B.Sc. degree in Accounting, Faculty of Commerce – Cairo University (1992).
-Human Resource Management Diploma – American University in Cairo Sept. 2007 .
