• Preparation of Logic Plan, Flow Chart for the Project CPM, Cost Loading and Drive S Curve, Resource Loading, Histograms, EPIC Schedule, Variance Reports, Cash flow Statements, Earned Value etc.,
• Preparation of Detailed Estimates for Projects, Work Variance Reports
• Project Control Budget and Expenditure, and Stage-wise reports.
• MIS (Project Progress/Completion Reporting, Performance – Actual vs. Plan, etc.)-MS Project,
Sure track Primavera,P3,P3.1 & P6
• Liaison with Directorate and Corporate Finance on budget and expenditure projections.
• Thorough with Engineering Standards & Practices (API, ANSI B31.3, ASTM, PDO ERD).
• Estimation, Costing, Tendering, Invoicing
• Project Documentations and controlling

• Effectively implementing the project control management system and ensuring quality and consistency of project planning.
• Entrusted with managing project planning approvals and implemented business-centric strategies for performance measurement of vendors and contractors,
• Ensuring project progress at every stage with adept liaison Client, Consultant, Sub-contractors and Internal departments, and coordination for timely procurement
• Verifying whether the design specifications, Drawings/Documents and procedures duly comply with the Contract Terms of Reference
• Managing the entire gamut of project managing encompassing project cost and schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and Change Management.
• Providing the Execution Group with adept follow-on engineering support during the Construction phase at locations as directed.
• Ensure that Contractor work is aligned as per approved construction plans, procedures and industry work practices.
