15 years hands-on experience in Mechanical Maintenance in oil & gas processing plant and gas turbines.

1999 till to date Al.Furat Petroleum Company(AFPC),Omar Power Plant.
Mechanical section head.
The power plant has (5 x 40 MWA Frame_6B dual fuel turbines). And many of centrifugal pumps and compressors.

· Mechanical Team leader for Installing , commissioning and testing of two new gas turbines , Turbine sys ,Aux Monitoring sys.
· Check if the designs are in accordance with the contract, and all the design documentation are available and in accordance with the contract.
· Documentation up dating for various modification in the plant ,Mechanical loops and P& ID’s
· Stock proposal for maintenance consumables and spare parts.
· Responsible for control systems availability & reliability specially after USA sanction.
· Keep track of Mechanical standards and co-ordinate updates with (mechanical Engineers).
· follow day by day the maintenance Planning for Mechanical department.
· staff development.
· Assist the various contractors in determining the current condition of Frame 6 Gas Turbines.
· Assist the origination of repair plans.
· Oversee and assist the implementation of repair plans.
· Originate a common and prioritized plan for all outstanding GT issues.
· Assign tasks to various Maintenance staff and or external resource.
· Review any existing maintenance plans/strategies amend and originate as required to align with normal, accepted practice, arrange input into Immpower ( CMM).
· Review all trade discipline MWI’s/JM’s to ensure compliance with Standards.
· Review/originate/amend as required the current/additional monitoring for all GT’s to help detect faults at an earlier stage.
During this time we did 7 times combustion champer inspection& 5 times hot gas path inspection and 4 times major overhaul.

15 years hands-on experience in Mechanical Maintenance in oil & gas processing plant and gas turbine power generation plant in Syria operated by Al Furat Petroleum Company, a joint venture between the SHELL and the Syrian Petroleum Company. Conscientious and hard working with excellent trouble-shooting and supervisory skills(directs and supervises all the activities).has very good idea’s to do equipment modification and new equipment installation ,and drawing reviews and major shutdown programs. Very good knowledge of spare parts, budget, and engineering materials used in oil industries.
Able to analyses design, operation and maintenance related problems for rotating mechanical equipment. Evaluate MTBF, MTTR, and Availability.optmization of maintenance strategies, analysis of all critical equipment failures and recommendation for corrective measures.has good ideas about tools and fabricate it.
