ľ Review of TPI Inspection Release Note, Receiving Inspection Reports, Material Inspection Release Note, Material Identification Report, and Material test certificates, etc.
ľ Identification/Inspection of Material of Pipes, Flanges, Fittings Valves/Plates & all the Instruments as per specifications being followed.
ľ Responsible for inspection of Materials prior to issuing for construction.
ľ Co-ordinate with the consultant with regard to inspection activities.
ľ Witnessing for thickness checking, positive materials identification, cutting the existing line, PT of bevel edges of existing line.
ľ 24 hours before prior to hot tapping/tank nozzle (axial & radial) checking the thickness lamination by UT.
ľ Preparation of Daily Inspection Report
ľ Visual Inspection of fit-up, weld visual Inspection of Piping & Structural Supports and their NDT.
ľ Weld Visual Inspection of tank nozzles, their RF Pad, & back chipping
