Working with TECHNIP as HSE&S Supervisor at Ras Laffan Olefin Project for the construction of Ethylene Project in Qatar from Aug 07 to till date. TECHNIP being the EPC Contractor, my duty is to monitor the subcontractors for conforming to the HSE standards and requirements of TECHNIP, Client and Kingdom of Qatar.

· Observe and report on workforce and Supervisor’s compliance with HSE Policy and Procedures.
· Carry out surveys and inspections on a regular basis to ensure that safe working practices are in operation.
· Supervise the recording and analysis of information on injuries, damage and production loss, assess accident trends and review overall safety performances.
· Internal and External Audit preparation with the co-ordination of HSEM.
· Assist in the training of employees to promote awareness of HSE policy & procedures.
· Co-ordinate incident / accident reporting including first aid, rescue, evacuation, investigation and reporting.
· Liaise with the Site Supervisors in hazard identification and the establishment of preventive measures.
· Regular HSE inspections on site.
· Conduct regular HSE audits.
· Conduct regular toolbox talks / STARRT meetings
· Monitoring and ensuring safe work activities at site.
· Carrying out risk assessment for the projects at site and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
