Senior Rotating Equipment Engineering specialist/ TurboMachinery Diagnostic Engineer

19 years experience in Oil & Gas industry as a Turbomachinery Diagnostics, Rotating Equipment Maintenance and Reliability Engineer with vibration Analysis skills with Sirte Company For Production and Manufacturing Of Oil and Gas (ExESSO Libya, one of the biggest Oil and Gas company in Libya) Located at Marsa El Brega 800 KM Eastern of capital city Tripoli on sea side and oil fields located at Sirte Basin between 180 to 100 KM Southern Marsa El Brega/ Libya.

Plants:
Downstream, LNG Plant (120,000 bbl/day), Two Methanol Plants with 1000 tons/day each, Two Ammonia Plants with 1000 tons/day each, Two Urea Plants 1000 and 1750 tons/day with utilities such as two Power Stations, Two Desalinations, Refinery 10,000 B/day, Gas Transmission Stations to supply Gas to Domestic and Europe demands.

Upstream, several Onshore Oil and Gas Fields.




Summery of Nature and Scope of Work:

• Sound experience in implementing and carrying out predictive maintenance program (Vibration and oil analysis and diagnosis) of all rotating machinery.
• Plans and supervises execution of daily work program for rotating equipment includes preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting of the rotating equipment problems.
• Involved in plant turnarounds and rotating equipment commissioning of new petrochemical plants.
• Familiar with API standards relating to all classes of rotating equipment.
• Plans maintenance repairs or overhauls in areas of responsibilities.

• To schedule the job based on the operating conditions and execute with optimum cost and safety.
•Familiar with Vibration Analysis and Diagnosis Soft and Hardware such as Bentley Nevada Data Collector Snapshot for window CE with System 1 software for machinery management platform, Bentley Nevada ADRE, Schenck Vibrotest 60 Data collector with XMS software, in addition BN 3300 and BN 3500 online vibration monitoring systems.
• Witness low and high speed balancing and over speed tests of rotors and approve according to the acceptance criteria by API or ISO standards.
• Evaluate and assess turbomachinery rotors dynamic behaviors during run up, steady state and rundown by using BN ADRE system and interpret the vibration plots such as Orbit, Bode, Polar, time wave forms, spectral, waterfall, etc¡K.
