Feb 1999 – present: JOWFE Company Benghazi ,Libya This company active in mud engineers, chemicals, mud logging units, power Tongs, fishing tools, fishing supervisor, pipes inspection, machining. My main job is: Operation supervisor in 103 B JOWFE camp in Instar field reporting to operation manager and supervision with 45 employees, I am responsible for these:
• Supervision fishing shop, fishing jobs, tool rental.
• Supervision inspection crews, inspection jobs.
• Supervision machine & welding shop for drilling and fishing tools (DP, DC, and Stab).
• Supervision drill stems test shop.
• Preparing proposals for different services and time sheet for employees.
• Preparing invoices for tool rentals, machining tools
• Contact with operating and service companies for follow up the drilling operations in oil fields and rigs and marketing the previous services.

As geologist and data engineer in computerized mud logging units and I was responsible for (Rig up, rig down unit equipment and sensors, drill cutting Analysis and description), monitoring (gas, oil shows. Bit penetration rate, drilling Data, mud gains and losses, drilling depths, formation tops), drawing, mud logs, calculations of lag time and hydraulic reports, I was worked throughout many Libyan oil fields with wells both exploration & development.

As senior geologist and mud logger engineer (colleting, analyzing rock fragments, gas, oil shows, core measuring and description, calibrating instruments.
Jan 1992 – Oct 1987: National Oil Well drilling company Tripoli, Libya
Active in rigs for oil well drilling and work over & well completion as mud logger in mud logging division in both (basic and semi computerized units).
