Responsibilities includes preparation of WPS,PQR, conducting WQT, fit-up and welding inspection, receiving inspection of welding consumables & piping materials, verification of welding equipment calibration, witnessing torquing and tensioning of bolts,interpretation of radiographic films, repair identification & witness rectification, overall NDT coordination at site with subcontractor & client, monitoring welder performance, identification and preparation of pressure test packages, inspection & punch list preparation of pressure test packages, witness hydro/pneumatic & leak testing, preparation of all inspection QVDs and final documentation for system turnover.
