Professional Experience
• Ensuring quality control site surveillance, attending the inspection and test according to the approved ITP, verifying the inspection reports and validating the results and test as per approved procedure.
• Experienced in developing and implementing, technical and project specific procedures, ITP, method statements and other quality management system procedures to international codes and standards
• Responsible for preparation of instrument loop package, documentation of loop tested and packages and updating of instrument database and mmaintaining up to date documentation, preparation and submitting of as-built drawings and data sheets.
• Ensures that the works being taken is in good engineering practice and conforms to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard, NFPA70 (NEC), ANSI, IEEE and other relevant standards, project requirements, and scope of works.
• Inspection for the Installation of Field Mounted Instruments, Junction Boxes, Local Panels, Pneumatic Leak Test of Air Line Tubing/ Impulse Line Tubing, Insulation Resistance Test and Continuity Check for Instrument Cables & Power Cables.
• Make verification for the RFI (request for inspection) submitted by the contractor, that the work to be inspected is complete and in compliance with the Engineering Standard & Material specification and confirm to the project requirements.
• Responsible for checking, verifying and reviewing the construction drawings covering ISS, P&ID, ILD, SLD, Wiring Details.
• Verify the performance of the work in order to ensure that the site personnel carry out their activities in conformity with the procedures, when necessary suitable preventive action.
• Recording the systematically non conformity reports issued on site, checking that the settlement of non conformities is in accordance with the site requirements.
