Global Finance Executive

I have recently left Shell and am currently looking for a senior finance role with an international company - short term focus is to land this position and build delivery credibility and relationships. Flexible on location.

Strong track record in delivery and operational excellence secured over a range of challenging roles across multiple international locations with positions covering Global, European and Middle East accountabilities.

Proven finance competences with particular strength in business planning, performance and risk management and investment/contract management. Additionally I have developed strong experience in areas of programme management and procurement.

High exposure to process change both within the finance function as well as the wider business including lead programme management/finance positions on major ERP projects; strong exposure to the IT business and processes.

An ability to work in complex organizations and with different stakeholders including working with people virtually and outside the immediate line organization.

Good communication and team building/personal interaction skills that have been strengthened by the challenges of working extensively within an international environment - here teams and processes have been developed from low initial starting points into high performing areas.

Hands on style and credible at both the detailed finance level and in strategy formulation and delivery.
