Process Design PFD: Conceptual Design of the system
P&ID: Hydraulic analysis of the system including line sizing, Pump sizing, PSV sizing, Equipment sizing



Cross- Country Pipeline Cross Country pipeline system including pipeline route selection, co-ordination with surveyor, development of pipeline alignment drawings, rail/road/highway crossings, river crossings, calculations for elastic bend radius, anchor blocks, anti-buoyancy weights, pig launcher/ receiver, etc.
Mechanical Design Design and development of:

Plot Plan
Equipment layout
Piping layout with sectional details
Piping isometrics
Preparation of specifications based on international / Client standards
Bill of Quantities for procurement and construction.

Design Calculations and Detail Engineering of:
Plant Piping
Cross country pipeline

General Preparation of technical and construction specification of equipment and material
Preparation of BOQ for tender documents (procurement / construction)
Technical and commercial evaluation / recommendation of bids
