• Associated with ABB DCS …800XA .monitoring and control of 316 I/O s. PID Control for 20 closed loop

• Cable identifying , Loop Checking

• Done boiler instrumentation at ONGC hazira plant (surat, gujarat-India)

1. Three numbers of 32 TPH THERMAX Boiler
2. Removing all existing individual controller into centralized PLC,ABB-800xA
3. calibration and installation of transmitters, pressure switches ,I/P converter ,limit switch adjustment

 Worked as an INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING TRAINEE IN S.L.R STEELS LTD (262m3 Blast Furnace), HIRIYURE-KARNADAKA from February 2006 to February 2007. The job involves

• Involved in construction , commissioning and production stage as an Instrumentation Engineer

• SEIMENS PCU S7 400 PLC.

• Modification in PLC program, Simatic Manager version.

• SCADA (Wincc), interfacing to PLC and animation programming.
