Maintenance planning engineer

To use my experience to improve any work site as MAINTENANCE PLANNING ENGINEER / RELIABILITY ENGINEER, good team worker, with strong work ethic, a willingness to assume responsibility and to work hard, and abilities to study rapidly new technologies.

EAMS Project Implementation:
•Share the required engineering activities to built asset registry and equipment hierarchy for all complex stations both off shore and on shore facilities.
•Verify the existence of all equipments, piping, fitting, instrument items and safety critical equipments and accordingly update the drawings (professional in AutoCAD).
•Use the engineering DOCs and DWGs to built technical database such as: P&IDs, PFDs, Plot Plans, SLD, Data sheets, Loop Diagrams, Cable schedule, IOM manuals…etc
•Extract Job plans (also EMP or MWI) from IOM manuals and related required resources.
•Establish the maintenance master plan based resources, production plan
•Prepare and classify spare parts data and related suppliers and their contact info.
•Establish maintenance catalogue for all extracted JPs.
•Prepare project documentation for hand over.
•Develops training programs for implementation team.
Maintenance Planning & maintenance performance:
•Provide system support to end-users. Manage and develop the asset register database.
•Review package for new projects and recommend on Equipment criticality, Data Structure, template, coding, job plans and Work Planning.
•Implement the maintenance management system policy and develop procedures to integrate the quality assurance requirements.
•Issue & follow-up periodical work orders (relevant to preventive maintenance. lubrication and inspection tasks) that were planned before.
•Prepare Maintenance Management System reporting for all requirements.
•Establish Key Performance Indicators and other performance measures for all equipment and facilities. Carry out benchmarking exercises.
Engineering Support:
•Provide reliability engineering support and technical expertise to facility engineers, maintenance personnel in order to solve equipment reliability challenges in existing and new facilities.
•Provide direct leadership and implement processes in order to improve all reliability aspects of equipment.
Data Management and Analysis:
•Is responsible for the quality of equipment reliability, facility history and cost data collection standards.
•lead role in data analysis and making reliability recommendations for improvements to maintenance programs, specific facility equipment, planned maintenance and predictive maintenance routines, procedures and processes.
