The company is a US MNC involved in manufacturing and sales of speciality industrial chemicals( sales
turn over –more than 3bilion USD world wide) in industries like Hydrocarbon processing, water treatment,

Responsible for all India sales and marketing of Energy Services division of this company in India. The
division is involved into sales of specialty industrial chemicals in hydrocarbon processing industries like, Oil
Field, Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemical plants to cater their needs, with an objective to increase
profitability and Return on investment of their operation.

· Have taken the responsibility of Business head of all India energy services division.
· As the Head of Energy Services, have improved Energy Services Division’s sales a figures with 2 to 3
times growth every year there by helping the overall companies growth.
· Recruitment, training, coaching and team sustaining activity to form a strong team and to sustain the growth in business.
· Business analysis and lead the team to implement strategies to ensure achievement of sales and profit goals.
