Ensures the excellent performance of the company equipment and products by providing ISO-based policies, systems and procedures; Endorses products to prospective clients; Conducts pre-installations, trainings and in-house repair of equipments; Installs and repairs sold equipments; Accumulates and records electrical test data for materials, devices and products; Calibrates and maintains test station and equipments; Develops test fixtures; Performs general department maintenance and responsible for complying with the quality systems procedure as required.
