My duties are: mechanical assessment, identification and procurement of mechanical equipments and spare parts, drawing up and reviewing of technical specification, administration of MEL software (Master Equipment List), planning and organizing of tasks for Spare Parts Department (a 15 people team). I am involved in the process of issuing and implementation of several preventive maintenance programs and call-up procedures. I also supervised the assembling, testing and start-up of many types of equipments (pumps, valves), on site.

I took part in the execution and implementation of many projects and conducted research activity in the field of industrial valves design. My activities included mainly advisory service, testing, repair, design (AutoCAD) and manufacturing of industrial valves for thermo electrical power plants.

My duties:administration of computer networks, design and manufacturing of light covering systems using graphics software (AutoCAD and Corel draw). I also dealt with sales-related activities, service and maintenance of computers.

I was head of the design engineering team.I tackled many tasks at several power and chemical plants,involved testing, repairing, design and manufacturing of industrial valves,I designed liquid and vapor process piping (pipes and appurtenances used to transport fluids, especially metallic piping systems). Moreover I solved problems related to required piping materials, flow rates, system pressure and temperature, pipe wall thickness, and stress and pipe support requirements.

My duties:design, maintenance and reconditioning of tools, devices, verifiers and special machines (aggregates), supervising the manufacturing process of machine tools, analyzing causes for downtime and rejects events in order to minimize interruptions and poor productivity.
