System Consultant
• Eastern Province Sales and Implementation Manager for ASWAQ6 an ERP software with an installed base of 250 clients, annual revenues of 450,000, software development budget of 250,000 SR. Lead company in sales of new ASWAQ6 and ASWAQ5 Systems for three years.
• Prepared and presented clients with written proposals addressing business requirements, re-engineering, software application integration, use of multi-media and interactive system solutions. Consulted on issues of benefit administration for ASWAQ, salary administration, pension plans and other benefits.
• Developed and conducted training courses for clients in ASWAQ and use of various software applications. Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices
• Implementing, managing and customizing ASWAQ6 an ERP software and Implemented 35 major system installations of multiple software applications for medium and large corporate clients.
• Knowledge of technical issues and legal requirements of benefit issues to support software applications and benefit administration for clients.
Marketing/Sales:

• Marketed ASWAQ software applications and consulting services to Human Resource, Benefit Administration, Payroll and Risk Management departments, for Fortune 500 clients. Team achieved annual sales revenues of 500,000 SR.
• Developed comprehensive local and national marketing campaigns for specific company products and services.
• Provided technical software support during sales phase.
Systems Analyst:

• Defined project, summary specifications, software test plans, data conversion process and implementation plans to clients and support team.
• Worked with clients to design specific software enhancements that were incorporated into ASWAQ software applications. Client software enhancements were modular and structured for easy maintainability.
• Lead system development project team with budget of 100,000 SR and 3 team members for multi-user benefit administration system for client. Assessing the business and application requirements. And analyzed the business process requirements.
• Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment and Provide support to deployment as necessary. Ability to articulate and compare alternative approaches drawing from previous engagements and recommend solutions.
