Chemical Engineer

To work as a chemical engineer. To be a part of the team/organization in which I can utilize my knowledge and capabilities in a productive way. I am keen to learn and improve processes through research to optimize and standardize the existing ones.

Main Responsibilities:
•Maintain quality, checking operation procedures and control strategies making sure stability and adherence to standards for products that company offered to its patrons.
•Transportation and handling of hazardous chemicals and other products in supply.
•Work closely with customer to get better knowledge of their requirements related to the products supplied on regular basis and upcoming needs.
•Search for new forms of products and their feasibility to improve the current supply line.
•Participate in problem solving and decision making.
•Attending weekly meeting to provide an updated status of the current projects.

•Providing engineering solutions to oil & process industry.
•Held brain storming setions to over come and improve several functions.

3.Senior Engineer, Ahmed Chemicals, Oct 2005 to Date.

•Develop safety procedures to be employed by workers operating equipment or working in close proximity to on-going chemical reactions.
•Determine most effective arrangement of operations, such as mixing, crushing, heat transfer, distillation, and drying.
•Prepare estimate of production costs and production progress reports for management to be evaluated in monthly meetings.
•Conduct research to develop new and improved chemical manufacturing processes.
•Perform tests throughout stages of production to determine degree of control over variables, including temperature, density, specific gravity, and pressure.
