Over 21 years of management and hands on experience in a field of Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning start up, Operation and maintenance of Oil & Gas marine, On & offshore structure, Ship repair and EPC fabrication work, Petrochemical, Utility plant, Factory and Mills. Major emphasis in Mech, Elec (Low Voltage up to 132Kv), Inst and control system on & offshore testing and commissioning with a high level of HSE awareness. Including QA/QC and commissioning procedures documentation works. Familiar with software and methodology use for Inspection, Commissioning, Project supervision and Maintenance management works. Proficient in reading and understand various type of drawings. Experience in meeting API, ASME, IEC 60079, BS, NEC/NFPA 70, Shell, Exxon Mobil & Petronas engineering and safety standards, Code and practice requirement.

ASME).
