 OPERATIONS:
• Responsible in leading and managing of my team.
• Supervising a team of 5-10 members
• Coordinating with the Business Area and communicating the business objectives to the team.
• Overseeing day to day duties, routine scheduling of process trainings, etc.
• Worked as a backup Assistant manager, in the absence of the line manager

• Have directed the audit team in the reviewing of Supervisory Queues

• As a member of the Quality Check team, have utilized my process knowledge in solving technical
problems arising in the process for the new trainees.

 TRAINING
• Have worked as a Process Trainer in the Banking Industry and provided high quality effective training to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by training line managers and new team members
• Have taken the initiative to conduct Presentations and Refresher Training programs for the new
trainees and for the team.
• Designed and implemented training modules in coordination with the business objectives.
• Quality checked the work done by the team.
