Job Profile
As Rotating Equipment Design Engineer
ƒÂ Studying the engineering documents & selecting the Rotating Equipments.
ƒÂ Preparing the bill of material, the drawings required and visiting the site for detail study of the project.
ƒÂ Performing pre-engineering, detail engineering.
ƒÂ Handling equipment layouts.
ƒÂ Coordinating with piping and process department about the equipments, there feasibilities before and after selection deed for there confirmation.
ƒÂ Selecting items like Mechanical Seal, Couplings, C. Guard, BF, Cooling plans, flushing plans etc.
ƒÂ Participating in technical discussions with vendors on the technical issue regarding project specifications and standard needed.
ƒÂ Preparing complete techno-commercial offer.
ƒÂ Providing techno-commercial support to branch offices and other departments while executing the job in installation, Commissioning, etc.

Project Planning & Design Engineering

ƒÂ Conceptualising detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached.
ƒÂ Ensuring stress analysis & flange leakage checking of new equipment arrangement & select pipe support.
ƒÂ Managing costing & cost evaluation committee (direct cost) preparation of reports related to the costs including profit & loss analysis.
ƒÂ Handling overall project management including planning, estimation, scheduling, preparation of blueprints and execution of projects for installation, commissioning & erection assignments.
