Summit Power Limited is the first indigenous private power plant in Bangladesh. The company is supplying power to nearby PBS of REB under the PPA of Bangladesh. The plant is driven by three Caterpillar Engines (G3616) for 3.75 × 3 MW, and three Wartsila Engines (W20V34SG) for 8.8 × 3 MW operating by WOIS and WISE system. All are gas fired reciprocating four stroke Engine.
