Plan and prepare for Project design phase, schedule material procurement, meetings with client and liaise with equipment & instrument suppliers and in-house contractors, Set-up the database according to ANSI,ASTM,BS&AWWA specifications.

- Check and verify gas line routing for Quality Assurance
- Plan and prepare the requirements before and after machine arrival, present daily progress & preparation to customer (CSM personnel) and Liaising with equipment & instrument suppliers, manufactures and sub-contractor for hook-up proficient and restricted time.
- Lead a team to dismantle and break the gas line for safety, proficient and completion in restricted time.

- Design process piping system and support system as multiple pipes rack, saddles and clamps to suit load, flow rate and pressure to comply with Singapore code of practice, ANSI, ASME, AWWA & BS standards.
- Set-up database according to ANSI, ASTM, AWWA & BS standards and manufacturer’s specification for Plant space design series and Extract Bill of Material from the 3D model by using Plant Space Design Series and prepare fabrication drawing extracting from 3D model by ISOGEN.
- lead and initiate the problem solving of design criterions, engineering.
- Coordinate the clashes between multiple piping systems to be reliable with standards using Plant space design series interference manager software.
Project & Design Engineer- Marine equipments Pte Ltd, Singapore.
- Designed detail structure for shaft, drum, hub, keys, driven spur gear, pinion, bearings, skids design, supporting bars to customer specification within the safety factor for marine equipments such as towing winch, mooring winch & anchor windlass and other equipments such as material lifting A-frame for cargo, cable handling equipment, etc;.
- Designed hydraulic motor, pump, hydraulic cylinder for brake & clutch, cylinder bore, cylinder rod, piston head, gland nut, piston ring, end cap, clevis according to required stress, force, torque and pressure within yield, ultimate and safety factor.
- Managed to fabricate and install the marine deck equipments
- Commissioned and provide interconnect solution for customers.
