Responsible for the total Quality control of surface preparation, Coating application to the Pipes, Spools for ARAMCO –ABQ GOSP -3 Modification Projects, Final Inspection & Acceptance.
In process inspection to assure clients that all specified aspects of a coating project are properly completed. Inspections typically include all quality aspects of a project ambient condition surface preparation & application through to final acceptance of the project.
Supervision and monitoring of sub contractor work force reviewing and certifying all QA/QC documents, site procedures, relevant codes of construction applicable to the projects.
Co-ordination with the third party inspection as well as client inspection as per the Project Specifications & Standards.
Co-Ordinate with client and sub contractors on daily basis to resolve any Quality issues.
