· Ensuring repairs are carried out strictly in accordance with technical Repair standards / Procedures / Process instructions & relevant Engineering standards.
· Exercising quality control measures for jobs / tasks assigned.
· To co-ordinate monthly management “Quality Review” meetings headed by the Authorized Officer to review the quality systems at defined intervals sufficient to ensure its Continuity, Suitability & Effectiveness in satisfying the requirements in accordance with international standards.
· To suggest “Quality Objectives” at regular interval to improve the system in consultation with respective Authorized Officer.
· To deliver the Lectures of “In House Training ISO 9001-2000”.
· Training work force with a view to enhance their professional skills.
· To implement the “In House Training Programs”.

SAFETY:

· To deliver the “Safety Lectures” for Personnel and Departmental / Organizational safety.
· The implementation of “HSE” in the Department / Organization.
· To implementation the policies manual of “HSE”.
· To resolving the strategic problems accordingly to the situation.
· To ensure the “Safety Rounds” / “Audits” should be conduct.
· Ensuring adequate safety measures taken by personnel to prevent accidents.
· Observance of safety precautions.
· Always realize and awareness about “Industrial Safety” and “Environmental Safety”.
· Create awareness about “Industrial Safety Organization” & importance of “Practicing Industrial Safety Procedures” among the personnel.
