Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor

- Supervisor the execution of day to day preventive, corrective, shutdown troubleshooting and major maintenance activities on various types Mechanical department as AFPC standard

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Supervisor the execution of day to day preventive, corrective, shutdown troubleshooting and major maintenance activities on various types Mechanical static and rotating Equipment in assigned field, covering gas and Air compressors units, pumps ( single stage and multi stages ), water injection pumps centrifugal and reciprocating types, Gas Turbine Units, Gas and diesel engines, Fire fighting equipment, lifting equipment, Heat exchanger, Blowers, Cranes, Valves, Water & Sewages Treatment Plant, Workshop Machines and any other utilities equipment in assigned field. This includes generating preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, setting priorities determine appropriate standard procedures ensuring availability of required materials spars and equipment.
- Coordinating for the necessary HSE training in cooperating with HSE Group.
- Prepare a variety of reports including :
a)- Daily reports meeting on maintenance activities.
b)- Technical report in Engineering terms.
c)- daily, monthly, and annual maintenance records for all equipment.
d)- Monthly prepare the overtime and attendance sheets for all staff.
e)- Accident / failure survey reports.
f)- Monthly HSE meeting, monthly technical integrity
meeting, competency meeting and weekly planning meeting.
- Liaising with operations to release equipment and plant with other maintenance supervisors to coordinate work activities, endorses necessary work orders and work permits.
- Provides Technical and Maintenance information supports in the field for Plant shutdowns periodic and major maintenance work, planning equipment condition monitoring, failure analysis, Plant modifications, New projects spare parts control, evaluation of maintenance performance, equipment availability maintenance cost, participates in preparing the section’s budget for major jobs, Supervises implementation of major overhauls, specific repairs and troubleshooting when ever necessary.
- Liaises with area coordinator to ensure Capital Expenditure CAPEX budget and Operating Expenditure OPEX budget that on normal and scheduled Maintenance are in accordance with approved budgets. monitors and controls the Field services CAPEX and OPEX budgets Follows up implementation by monitoring expenditure against budget
