Pwani oil products is an industry dealing with the refining of crude palm oil into various edible cooking fats and oils. It also manufactures washing soap and imports detergent for local sales. Mainly what is produced is for the local market and also for export. The industry is in 24 hour production and has a large number of creditors. My main duty was to deal with the creditors.

Raffia bags is a company dealing with the manufacture of polypropylene bags mainly used for cement packing and agro variety. All the machines are fully automated state of the art. The capacity of the plant is 3 million bags per month and mostly we achieve this target, despite it being a new company this is mainly due to good leadership and teamwork. My main tasks were to bring up a system and as a shift manger I was the link between upper management and the lower management, and thus ensuring targets are met.
