I work for Deir Ez Zor Petroleum Company (DEZPC) since 1999. My current position is senior inspection technician.
I am responsible about cathodic protection and inspection job for plant and piping.
Duties in cathodic protection:
1- Perform on and on/off survey for flow lines and pipe lines.
2- Perform close interval potential test.
3- Cathodic protection survey for the tanks (internal cathodic protection and external cathodic protection).
4- Adjustment job for CP systems when required.
5- Supervision for anodes and electrode for the tanks.
6- Commissioning job for new CP project.
7- Perform some maintenance job for CP loop.
8- Inspection job for new CP and integrity materials like insulating joint, anodes.
9- Sharing study with new CP project.


Duties in inspection:
1- Perform external and internal inspection job for pressure vessels such as (separators, heaters, desaltor, gas pot, striping coulomb, filters, pressurized cylinder…etc).
2- Perform external and internal inspection job for tanks like (dehydration tank, storage tank…etc).
3- Inspection job for piping.
4- Perform non destructive test NDT MPI, VT, LPT, UT and I am certified ASNT level II.
5- Follow up and prepare job for intelligent pig (Full Knowledge).
6- Inspection job for pumps.
7- Inspection job for pig trap.

Paint inspector Grade 2 (TWI).
Inspect and supervision all painting and coating job.

Perform report for above duties and issue inspection report.

Processing computer skills:
I work with word, excel, Adobe PDF, Emailing system (lotus), PowerPoint, Internal net (intranet), internet.


Note: I have worked as production operator for 5 years.
