Project : Al-Amal National Hospital (200beds) general hospital,a
multi story building over 2500 sq.m Built-up area,
with high quality standards finishing and service design
preparations.
Position : Architect (Owner¡¦s Consultant Team)
Responsibilities:
•Following-up the process of the re-design made by the hospital planner in order to prepare and present design proposals for the other proposed hospitals for Al-Amal National Hospital ;
•using IT in design and project management, specifically software packages such as AutoCad ,ArchiCad , 3d Max 6 ,Ms-Excel ,Ms-Project ,Primavera;
•Preparing the as-built drawings for the existing buildings for the re-design process.
•Following-up the advising made by the consultant to the client on the practicality of the project;
•Following-up the preparation and handling the detailed drawings from which costings are made;
•Following-up the preparation and handling the MEP detailed drawings to assure its ablicablity for the architectural design, and tender documents;
•Following-up negotiating with contractors and other professionals;
•coordinating the work of contractors;
•making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed timescale;
•Designed 70beds hospital as filtering (at suburbs) hospitals for Al-Amal National Hospital.
•Re-design & supervising the construction of Emergency ,CCU,ICU units

Position : Junior Designer
Responsibilities:
•Work with firm Principals on project phases including planning, design development, exploring new design directions, and furniture design, selection and specification.
•using IT in design and project management, specifically software packages such as AutoCad ,ArchiCad , 3d Max 6 ,Ms-Excel ,Ms-Project ,Primavera;
•Interact with clients through various project phases.
•Explore new and innovative materials and applications while interacting with vendors and manufacturers.
