HSE or Welding Engineer

I worked as a HSE Engineer for GAMA Industrial Plants & Construction on the Sakhalin II Phase II LNG/OET Construction Project. The work activity consists of 7000 tons of steel structure erection and 2200 tons of pipe erection. My responsibilities on the LNG/OET projects are:
• Job safety monitoring and Organizing the safety team on the site for my company,
• Lifting focal point of the company,
• Scaffold inspections in BS standards,
• Incident investigations and reporting to company management and reporting to the main contractor safety department,
• Preparation of the TS/RA/JSA for my company specific work activities,
• Hygiene inspections in the camp,
• Monitoring the high risk activities as Confined space, Hot work . . .
• Monitoring the work activities in Commissioning, Transitional and Operational Areas.
• Safety inspections for the scaffolds and working at height activities on construction site,
• Inspections for equipments and hand tools, for proper PPE usage for specific activity, for radiography works safety precautions, for material safety precautions, for lifting operations safety.

• Graduated from Middle East Technical University – International Institute of Welding GSI SLV MUNCHEN DVS – IIW / EWF International Welding Engineer 2007.
• Graduated from Hacettepe University, Geological Engineering faculty in February 2001.
• Graduated from Sokullu high school in secondary and primary school.

• SEIC Train the trainer RA/JSA system, completed as a supervisor trainer from Graham Marshall,
• Scaffold Inspector training, Fire watch training and First Aid training from CTSD at the Sakhalin II Phase II project which belongs to SEIC
• LNG Training, Health and Safety Training from SEIC to work operational area.
• Permit to Work Training for use in Commissioning and Transitional areas.
• Road Traffic Accident Investigation training, Risk Assessment training, Smith Defensive Driving training certificates.
• Health and Safety inspector training from STA at the BTC crude oil pipeline project, a project of BP.
