Financial Accounting:
Prepare, Evaluate & report Monthly Financial Statements showing performance by branch wise, product type wise, area wise, department wise & sales person wise which assist directors in making future decisions.
Prepare Annual Financial Statements with supporting schedules.
Coordinate with auditors.
Check & analyze branch accounts.
Check and approve posting of all vouchers.
Appraisal of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Calculate income tax of each employee.
Physical stock counting at end of each month.
Reconciliation of physical stock with Ledger records.
Fund Management of current & O D bank accounts so as to minimize. Financial cost.
Calculation of commission of members of sales team as per companys commission policy.
Reporting, Returns & Administrative
Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly returns - Sales tax, Income Tax.
Fortnightly prepare Receivables Report as per age of each receivable.
Reporting to directors as per their specific requirements.
Assist Import Manager in preparation of documents of LC opening & retirement and clearing of shipment.
Prepare & disburse monthly salary by bank letters.
Maintain attendance, overtime & personal records of all personnel.
