I am chemical engineer having 14 years of working in gas and petrochemical project like ethylene glycol/ ethylene oxide plant.

• I worked as a production manager and my job responsibilities involved
• Troubleshooting and optimization of process.
• Review of proposed changes/modification and implementation.
• Debottlenecking of plant to improve plant capacity which includes identification of limiting factors and working with project, maintenance and technical team for proposing changes and execution of changes in field.
• Participating in Technical exchange seminar with contractors and licensors.
• Monitoring the equipment performance and suggest improvement plan.
• Preparing annual production plan and recovery plan to fulfill the gap
• Achieving production targets and maintaining product quality.
• Coordination with deferent service agencies for planning and execution of the jobs.
• Maintaining safety standard as per British safety guide line.

•Preparing production plan and monitoring plant performance to

Presently I am working with SABIC In ethylene glycol and ethylene oxide project since last 11 months .I have been working as a focal point for many activities. Like,
• Checking the raw martial specification to finalize the procurement strategy.
• Dealing with vendors contractors, and licensor to address project related issues
• Review of 3Dmodel and ensuring compliance in field.
• P&ID review& HAZOP study.
• Review of engineering drawings and equipments datasheet.
• Developing SOP and emergency management procedures.
• Developing budget plan for the production.
• Turn over procedure development for acceptance of plant from EPC
• Working as a focal point for flawless startup initiatives for smooth and flawless startup of the plant which includes

• In addition to that I have sound experience of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of ethylene and ethylene oxide, and air separation plants.
