c. Reviewing & analysing for profittability, man power productivity, equipment efficiency, material / consumable effectivity & others related resources performance.
d. Set up project forecast based on current conditions ( monthly based) in order to ensure projects target achievement.
e. Calculate progress calculation for invoicing to the client.
f. Calculate all variationorderring (additional, alterations and omition works ) and preparing the back up data for claims
g. Assist to Project Planning & Control Section Chief for reporting to Head Office and to the Client

Work Description:
- Day-to-day monitoring of quality and progress of construction works on project construction sites the primary responsibility is to ensure compliance of construction works to the standards of quality defined in the contract documents including, standard nasional Indonesia specifications, bill of quantities, and safety management plant.
- Identify all critical paths within a project by using float path analysis.
- Review contractor performance, budget and schedule information and overall project performance.
- Ensuring the timely collection of the Contractors Programme of Work, Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection and Testing Programme, and Safety Management Plan. Once the above deliverables have been approved by the PM, the SFC is to ensure they are prominently displayed on-site. The Contractors Programme of work shall be presented in a detailed Gantt Chart using Microsoft Project or equivalent and is to be up-dated at least once per month.
- Writing Requests for Clarification (RFC) when changes to the design or BoQ my be required based on site observation, especially for cost savings.
