To enhance the reputation of the Organization by demonstrating commitment to raising HSE standards and proposing new initiatives or improvements to enhance HSE performance throughout company.

ľ Provide site-based HSE support to the EQUATE Waste Water Treatment Plant and Polyethylene Expansion Project Team with particular emphasis on construction input. Provide site based HSE support to construction team.
ľ BBP(Behavior based Performance) analysis and presentation.
ƒæ Documentation of contractor¡¦s BOC program.
ľ Contractor site evaluation.
ľ Ensure personnel are fully aware of BP and company HSE policies and procedures. Participate and facilitate hazard identification studies and risk assessments as part of work-pack and pre-job assessments
ľ Conversant with the induction Process
ľ Participate and encourage effective tool-box talks and on-site pre-job checks
ľ Identify and implement training, instruction and support needs to all project personnel in relevant areas of HSE
ľ Communicate new or existing safety legislation, approved codes of practice and procedures ensure compliance.
ľ Promote compliance across the project with requirements in environmental, waste management and health and hygiene standards and objectives.
ľ Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
ľ Participate in site HSE initiatives and HSE program (Behavior Based Safety)
ľ Extensive experience in completing construction HSE screening assessments and risk assessments
ľ Maintain records and produce reports and statistics of all safety related incidents
ľ Accident investigation.
ľ Lead EHS officer for EQUATE Polypropylene Unit Turnaround program.
