• Plant Maintenance
• Duties include preparation and implementation of Maintenance intervals and schedules of all rotary and stationary equipment including Hydraulic system, centrifugal pumps, Roots Blower and Screw Compressor, etc
• Profound involvement in the implementation of EAM oracle Software (Version 11i) at the Cement Plant
• EAM oracle implementation activities included Listing of Assets & Equipments, preparation & uploading of PM Plans, day – to – day Work Order generation, etc
• Arrangement of necessary consumables and spares required for Maintenance of Raw Mill and Kiln equipments.
• Thickness Monitoring Survey of Cement Plant Piping, duct, liner plates and Cyclone.
• Preparation and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Plant equipment including Hydraulic system, Root Blowers, Pumps, Compressors, Heat Exchangers, etc
• Development of Maintenance procedures for Cement Plant equipment.
• •• Shutdown activities included Maintenance / cleaning of Heat Exchangers, inspection / repair / replacement of Hydraulic system, inspection / replacement of Oil filter. Inspection / cleaning of Roller lubrication system. inspection/cleaning and replacement of grease pipes and connection, etc
•• Maintain records of outstanding work orders such as delayed preventive maintenance, engineering input, work permits, and shutdown. Etc, as well as records of modification and project work required to be carried out during shutdowns.
• Issue work orders to area planner of eroded/corroded installed stationary equipment deem for pull-out and change of spare.
• Preparing reports of inspected equipment manually or from EAM oracle on work order status, participating in weekly planning meeting, analyzing figure as requested to provide input into budget preparation.
• Following up with all departments involved in the inspection work
• Utilizing oracle for external service of specific equipment if required and service confirmation using service entry sheet.
• Reviewing equipments drawings, technical data, inspection methods and procedure for updating/modification of critical equipments.
• Reporting the result of analysis to conduct the preventive maintenance to avoid the sudden failure and increasing of life time of specific equipments.
• Member of the Commissioning team for the Whole plant with FLS
