I am the OIM (Offshore Installation Manager) of offshore Oil & Gas Plant in BP West Java, BP Indonesia.

With my skill and experience I will improve my new company in production and safety.

I have had almost 17 years experience in oil & gas offshore operations, eight years as Electrician and eight years in superintendent level.
On 2003, BP assigned me as Operations Superintendent to handle Mike-Mike Flow Stations (MM), including onshore facility named MB and another flow station for dehydration system, named Papa Flow Station.
MM is the most critical station in BPWJ as Gas Booster and Production Plant. We were also very busy to facing of several projects (Gas Production Development, Fire & Gas Up-grading, Compressors Reconfiguration, Turn Around and Rehabilitation Project, etc). Nevertheless, the HSE achievement is very good. We reached 7,000 days without accident on May 22, 2007 (ending December 31, 2007 achievement is 7,227 Days without DAFWC with 4,555,973 Man-hours), ISO-14001 certificate surveillance, the Healthiest Flow Station on 2002 and 2006, etc.
Last year, I have controlled operational budget of US$ 1,201,183 and 23,857 BOEPD, with involving of average 70 workers per day means MM was always over POB (Personal On Board). On March 2008, MM will start to execute TAR project and LP Flare Installation.
Before accepted Offshore Operations Superintendent, I was Offshore Maintenance Superintendent for the same area since 1999.
In addition, I had 10 years experience in aircraft services company when joined with PT IPTN Bandung (Indonesia Aircraft Industry) since October 1981. My last position, before then I decided to join ARCO on July 1991, was Electrical Workshop Supervisor.

1. S-1 Degree in Electrical Engineering, graduated from UNJANI (University of Jenderal Achmad Yani), Bandung, on 1999. I completed this degree while working for ARCO Indonesia.
2. D-III Degree in Electrical Engineering, graduated from Academy Technology of Mandala (ATM), Bandung, on 1986. I completed this degree while working for PT IPTN.
3. STM Penerbangan, Jakarta, graduated on 1981, discipline in Electricity & Instrumentation.
