Management System Trainer/Consultant

I am a consultant and trainer at ARPRO Training & Consultancy. I bring along a wealth of experience in various fields including Management Systems development, implementation and consulting.

I received my initial education in India before pursuing his bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management in Malaysia and completing my Master's Degree in Management and Marketing at the University of Honolulu.

Having served various multinational corporations, Adrian carries with him the expertise of a purchaser, quality system administrator, customer service personnel, human resources and administration executive and a corporate trainer as well as a marketer that is able to understand and blend with the working culture and way of life at these organisations.

Adrian also brings along with him the wealth of developing and implementing integrated management system (IMS) at various multinational corporations and local conglomerates. This includes the Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital in Kuala Lumpur (under the KPJ Group for which he developed and implemented ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 IMS), Abe Hatome (M) Sdn Bhd in Seremban, B. M. Nagano Industries in Johor and Grand Circuit Industries Bhd in Penang. His work involves providing training and consultancy on quality, environment, safety & health, waste management, legal compliance, pollution control as well as soft skills for various levels in an organization.

At ARPRO, Adrian represents our strength in business management, integrated management systems, business tools development and soft skills. As such, he is overall responsible for Integrated Management System, Quality System Tools and other corresponding programs such as Customer Surveys Management, Database Development and Japanese Housekeeping Systems (5S). The various businesses that he has provided training and consultancy include metal stamping, injection moulding, mechanism assembly, electronic products, printed circuit boards, thermoforming, sporting goods, packaging, trading, welding machines, automotive, food processing, concrete manufacturing, hospitals and education.

Adrian is a qualified and competent Lead Assessor for ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and a trainer in various topics pertaining to the above standards. He has served for a regional consulting firm for several years.
