1.Designed Jadid gathering station, ca 30000 bbl/d oil and 45 mmscf/d gas which included the following steps: develop conceptual design, build a process simulation model by using Hysys software, issue material balance sheet, preparing PFD (Process Flow Diagram) and P&ID (Process And Instrument Diagram) by using AUTOCAD and sizing the following equipments: flow lines, inlet manifold, two phases gas/liquid separators, pumps, pipeline, control valves, PSV, s.
2.Simulated Steady State Mode of Operation for Thayem oil field by using Hysys software.
3.Simulated a dynamic simulation Mode of Operation for Tanak oil field by using Hysys software.
4.Checked the capacity of all PVRV, s (Pressure Vacuum Relief Valves) in AFPC and sized the required PSV.
5.Mothballed one of two Mono Ethylene Glycol units in Omar gas plant.
6.Prepared and updated an operating envelope and technical integrity envelope for Abohrdan, Galban, Ishara and Azraq Gathering station.
7.Participated in a lot of HAZOP, s (Hazard and Operability Study) and IPF, s (Instrument Protective Function).
8.Managed 7 engineers.
