#January 2006 till NOW Working in EZDK (EZZ Dekhila Iron &Steel). Position :Electrical and automation Maintenance Engineer for Flat Strip Plants :SMP, Skin Pass, Pickling line ,Acid regeneration plant, water treatment station, Slitting Machine, Light cut to length line , Heavy cut to length line.
• Maintenance Planning:
o Prepare, coordinate maintenance items long and short terms.
o Prepare, coordinate and analyze the Preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
o Control and follow up maintenance subcontractor work.
• Spare parts:
o Prepare the plants spare parts and follow up the consumption rate.
o Prepare and follow the electrical maintenance budget.
• Plant Maintenance:
o Prepare and follow the maintenance schedules.
o Prepare and follow the equipment inspection sheet.
o Follow the plant equipment performance and apply any necessary modification hardware and software with maintenance team work.
o Trouble shot the plant equipment.
o Prepare the work standard for the plant electrical equipment.
