July ¡¦05 to date- Executive-Internal Control with SABINCO

Directly reportable to General Manager-Internal Control. As a member of the Internal Control Team I am engaged to ensure the compliance of internal control procedures of the company and its main taken over project Saudi-Bangla Fish Feed Co. Ltd (SBFFL).

Achievements

a) As a core member of the Internal Control Department I was engaged in an investigation of investment portfolio amounting to Tk 400 million. The investigation covered identification of weak investment in the portfolio and also recommendation of profitable investment on the basis of technical and fundamental analysis.
b) Relentlessly drive the procurement cost of SBFFL to reduce the production cost and introduction of budgetary control system in the company to control the overhead cost and thus the company gradually became a profitable concern.

May ¡¦04 to June ¡¦05-Manager Accounts with SANMAR

The primary responsibilities in Sanmar Properties Ltd included preparation & submission of Financial Reporting, Periodic statutory accounts, Tax Return & Implementation of Budgetary Control System in the Company.

Achievements

Played key role to transmit data successfully from the old software system to new integrated software system.

Dec ¡¦02 to April ¡¥04- Senior Officer with Bank Asia

I was engaged in the Credit Department. My main job responsibilities were included preparation of Project Appraisal Report, Loan disbursement and monitoring, discounting of Local Documentary Bills etc.

Articled with Rahman Rahman Huq, Chartered Accountants, a member fire of KPMG.
During articledship worked as Internal Auditor in Unilever Bangladesh Ltd, from March 2001 to February 2002 under an arrangement between Rahman Rahman Huq and Unilever Bangladesh Ltd. I worked there on behalf of Rahman Rahman Huq.

Attended four days workshop on ¡¥Credit Management¡¦ conducted by Bangladesh Bank where the main topics was Investment Appraisal Procedures.
