System Analysis, Development and documentation of application software for inventory control, accounting, manpower management. Feeding and processing of data related to Operations & Maintenance of power stations using most advanced packages, stock re-order list preparation. Assisting Software Engineer in trouble shooting and preparation of planning schedules for annual/shut down/routine maintenances.

Secretarial works viz. documentation of contracts and agreements, sending and receiving mails, correspondence, enquiries, telephone and fax operations, filing, accounting, record/document controlling, petty cash management and account maintenance, staff welfare activities (Accommodation, food, scheduling annual leave, ticketing for annual leave, manpower management, maintenance of muster roll, providing transport for staff and employees, arranging recreation and felicitation activities, guest reception, etc) arrangements for meetings, preparation and publishing of various reports of plant operations, maintenance and management, transport management , co-ordination between head office and plant, preparation of local purchase orders etc. in a fully automated office under the Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water in Sultanate of Oman.

Office administration, salary disbursement, client relation, planning advertisement propaganda and execution, maintenance of various account books, record keeping, library management, fees collection, bank dealings etc. in a Govt. recognized computer training center.


Working as Project Executive Secretary with an International Contracting Company in one of their prestigious ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala State, India.
