Working at TE Data as Technical Support Specialist from DEC 2005 to JULY 2007:

1- Receiving & initiating outgoing calls from customers regarding their ADSL, Domains, Emails & WiFi related Problems & Identifying their complains
Technically.
2- Resolving the previously stated problems with the customers via a troubleshooting procedure provided according to the problems nature and internal
Protocols.
3- Troubleshooting & configuring ADSL Routers & Modems.
4- Monitoring line Quality and determine the best recommendation to solve the problem.
5- Escalating cases that regard other departments and also problems that require more technical knowledge/experience than mine.

1-Installing & Supporting Branch Automation Cashier Server and Workstation (Misys)
2-Supporting Cashier printing through Nexus Service
3-Installing Moody's Over Network and Licensed
4-Installing, Supporting and Administrating Money Laundry Software (Safe Watch)
5-Installing, Configuring and Supporting Archiving V.2.6 and 3.5 Servers and WorkStation.
6-Creating Databases
7- Updating the authorized Signatures for Arab Bank.
8-Installing And Configuring Work flow for each client.
9-Installing and configuring Arab Financial Services (AFS) for Credit Cards

10-Supporting CAMS Application.
11-Supporting In/Out Mail Systems and the database over SQL.
12-Installing Client Access and configuring the display and print screens.
13-Installing (SigCap), software for authorized signatures, configuring the database for each branch.
14-Administrating the ATM system Open/2 (download files, adding Bank Identification Numbers, Monitoring the ATMs, Creating user names).
15-Responsible for creating login credentials for (SigCap, Cold, Work Flow, Safewatch, Archiving).
16-Generating ATM Keys.
17-Supporting user’s problems related to operating System, Printing, Applications, Scanning and trouble shooting the incidents to identify its category.
