Responsible of the Industrial Technique division.

I was promoted from Product Support to Industrial Technique Supervisor and Senior Industrial Technique Supervisor.

I joined the Industrial Technique division in the start up stage, during this period I built up an industrial map for Egypt industrial zones and the industry categories to learn the market potential and make a territory management.

My Responsibilities:

1- Increase the market share of Atlas Copco in Egypt for both industrial branch: Motor Vehicle and General Industry.
2- Draw a marketing plan to build a data base for business in Egypt.
3- Selling solutions for special tightening techniques focusing on customer Productivity, Quality and Ergonomics.
4- Arrange seminars and product presentation for the final customers.
5- Supporting all pneumatic and electric industrial tools, as,
Pneumatic assembly tools, electric assembly tools and systems, grinders, percussive tools, drills, air motors, hoist, trolleys and airline preparation.
6- Supporting motor vehicles plants in Egypt, for special and safety joint tightening.
7- Supervising after market for all range of tools.
8- Calibration of the tools to improve maximum efficiency.
9- Follow up the logistics procedures.
10- Prepare managerial services and financial reports.
