Duties & Responsibilities
•Periodically audits the database to ensure accuracy.
•Maintain and update all changes in personal data promotions, transfer and termination on HRIS system.
•Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
•Advertises employee job openings first, internally, and then, externally, in keeping with company recruitment policies.
•Writes newspaper classified ads and posts ads on the Internet in places appropriate to the open position including job boards, college career services offices, professional associations, and on the company's Web site.
•Receiving and reviewing Resumes and preparing shortlists of candidates.
•Mail out the candidate offer letter packet as requested and tracks return.
•Makes sure that the work space, computer and other equipment, mailbox, and appropriate installed software are ready for the new employee's start day.
•Prepares paperwork required for new hires and establishes personnel file.
•Assist in preparing yearly Manpower plan for each department based on every department needs to perform all organization manpower budgets.
•Write and update Job Descriptions in line with business partners and observe jobs to obtain information about job requirements.
•Perform Human Resources monthly reports and statistics.

Bachelor degree of commerce, English section. Ain Shams University /2003

School: Alson Language School (Primary, Preparatory, Secondary).
